The most notable thing about Artem is his ‘say-do’ attitude. He always makes sure the things get done within timelines he commits to. I also would like to highlight his active participation in non-project activities:
- Tremendous contribution into local NN Python RD lab
- Continious participation in mentoring activities which help newcomers succussfully get through B201 course
- Extra mile efforts like AWS Dev Associate successful certification and participation in hackathlons, showcases and other events happening within BigData practise and out of it
On his current project (Liberty account) he’s truly a key asset which could be seen from recent feedbacks from the customer. He’s a primary client-facing contact from EPAM side which definetely highlights his seniority.

I got to know Artem more than 12 months ago, and I must say that we have already had several successful and impactful cases. From my point of view, Artem is a very open and cooperative team player.
This year we organized an event for an external audience of students who are keen on Python programming. Primarily it was the manager’s recommendation, but after that Artem told about his relevant experience on his own, which made the process of generating the concept and finding solutions very easy, quick and effective. So he demonstrates significant expertise at his job because of his in-depth knowledge and skills.
Also in the process, I noted the quality of preparation and think he’s is a role model because of his dedication and commitment to excellence. Artem was ready to repeat the workshop for another audience on a weekend, which was of course also noteworthy for me.
To add to this Artem has also participated in Python mentoring program as a mentor. During the educational process, he showed the power of experience in coding and wide knowledge. So Artem provides the most qualitative educational process. So Artem is able to attract, retain our attendees, students, and motivate them to develop professionally and to consider EPAM the most interesting and attractive potential workplace. I’d like to see do more of this.
In the preparation of other marketing and training activities, I regularly found Artem willing to help and participate in the process, despite the obvious high workload on the project. It is very important and valuable to me that Artem continues to participate in the activities of the training center because the participation of such experts and leaders stimulates the participation of other participants as well.
For my part, I would like to mention the high level of responsibility and time management skills, which in terms of our cooperation can only be noted as strengths.
I’d like to continue our cooperation within the company and the training center with Artem, as such a colleague makes the company interesting to colleagues and attractive to job seekers.

I’m glad to give feedback for Artem. I’ve participated with him on internal EPAM project for about 2 months.
I’d like to highlight Artem’s intension to improve project quality and his power to act as a responsible team player and make extra tasks even out of his responsibility scope. Artem is always ready to share his expertise with team and open to discuss tasks. He has very strong and wide variety of engineering skills, able to perform not only software development, but also can build CI processes using different tools and automate tasks. Thus, helps other team players to became more productive. Working with Artem was very productive and interesting time, and I will be glad to collaborate with Artem again.
Making summary, I can say that Artem is a valuable team player and fits all tightest EPAM criteria. It has been great working with you. In fact, you are one of the strongest pillars of team capacity.
